Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns

If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days if it meets the requirements stated at the bottom of the page. After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.


Important: Return Shipping costs are always borne by the sender of the shipment.


If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary for the use of the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value or not accept the return request. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.


The following goods are excluded from the returns policy:

- Custom made.

- Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel and liquids.

- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as earphones, headphones, underwear and swimwear.

- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.

- Items that are damaged or incomplete, this also applies to items whose packaging is missing.

- Items received for free (e.g. the free product in a 1+1 free offer).

 

Easy return in 3 steps


Step 1: Send us an email at info@myronbay.com


Try to include some key points in the email as completely as possible:

  1. why you want to exchange or return the package.
  2. any photos for clarification.

If the request is approved, we will send you the return form.


Step 2: Submit your order


Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the form. Make sure you add a Track & Trace code to the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment and we do not want any misunderstandings. Send the proof of Track & Trace to info@myronbay.com


Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account


After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 days.
